I have been using the services of Access Lifts of Hawaii for several years. My lift is quite old and often requires repairs, but this company always goes well beyond expectations. Since the manufacturer of my unit is no longer in business, it can be very difficult to find the necessary parts. Jason consistently goes the extra mile and somehow manages to locate exactly what is needed.

The technicians are equally outstanding. They arrive on time, get right to work, and if they run into obstacles, they always find effective workarounds. I am especially impressed with how they continue working under what I would consider extreme weather conditions (at least for Hawaii). Despite the challenges, they remain upbeat, professional, and determined to get the job done.

I truly cannot imagine a more professional or competent company than Access Lifts of Hawaii. I am very grateful for their expertise and highly recommend their services!
